Construction has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My dad owned a new construction company in Dallas, Texas, so I grew up around the industry and developed an appreciation for quality work from an early age.

After graduating from college in 2010, I joined a building materials supplier through its management trainee program. Over the years, I had the opportunity to work in nearly every aspect of the business, from loading roofing materials and inside sales to outside sales, branch management, market sales director, and regional sales director. That experience gave me a well-rounded understanding of the industry from multiple perspectives.

Since 2021, I've been on the contractor side of the business, where I bring that broad industry knowledge to every project. Having worked with contractors, suppliers, and homeowners throughout my career allows me to provide practical solutions, honest guidance, and lasting value for our customers.

My wife, Erin, our daughter, and I have proudly called Lee's Summit home since 2014, and we're grateful to serve the community we live in.

I grew up in a small town in East Texas, where construction and the trades were a way of life. My dad worked in the electrical supply business, and my grandfather was a home builder, so I developed an appreciation for hard work and quality craftsmanship at an early age.

After meeting Andrew in college, I've had the privilege of watching his entire career in the construction industry unfold. I've seen firsthand his commitment to excellence, his integrity, and his genuine desire to serve others well.

Today, I support Andrew with many of the behind-the-scenes aspects of BEAR while also teaching English at Summit Christian Academy. I love investing in my students and being part of the school and community that our family has called home for the past ten years.
